Cross Bar Quarter Horses has evolved over a number of years. We started breeding horses in 1978 and then changed to Quarter horses in 1995. As a family business we have tried to secure young mares with a good depth of breeding with old blood lines up close.

Cross Bar has great pride in breeding with bloodlines from proven champions such as the great Rocket Return, Bills Cutter, Hank Man Leo, Sonitas Rondo, Amadeus Doc and others. These mares are now at the age to produce with the versatile blood lines they have. Their progeny should suit any field.

We have family members and professional trainers competing on our horses in a variety of events such as Challenges and Cutting.

Our goal is to breed foals with good temperament, conformation and looks, and are competitive in a variety of events.
